The November issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Dengeki Daiohmagazine revealed on Saturday that Marimuu's The False Saint’s Exile(Watashi wa Nise Seijo Rashii node, Kyūtei o Dete Ringoku de Kurashimasu), the manga adaptation of Rakku Yasahashi's light novel series of the same title, will end in its next chapter on October 27.

Kadokawa started publishing the manga in English on the BookWalkerGlobal site on April 10. Kadokawa describes the story:

The (real) saint found out her handsome friend, Alex, was the prince of the neighboring kingdom after she was exiled. He asks her to come with him and save his people. Of course she'll come!

Tiara, who has special power to heal people, had been working in the Imperial Court of Lerys since she was just a girl. As a "Saint," she healed wounded or sick people every day until she was exhausted. However, one day she was accused of pretending to be a saint--the second princess, Isabelle, who hated her, wanted to show how powerful she is. Tiara thought for a moment...she was never happy here. It would be better to be kicked out of here and live a life of her own! While she was trying to find a book to read before leaving, she met Alex. When he heard what happened, Alex suddenly said "Why don't you come to Ekwald, my land?" Tiara never knew that he was the prince and the strongest dragon knight of Ekwald! Tiara's journey begins.

The manga launched in Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh in January 2024. Kadokawa published the manga's first compiled book volume in July 2024, and the second volume on March 17.

Yasahashi launched the light novels on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2022. Kadokawa published the first novel volume with illustration by Komochi Mochizuki in December 2023, and the second volume in October 2024.
