The firstDragon BallStore in the world will open in Tokyo this fall to commemorate the 40th anniversary ofAkira Toriyama's original manga. The store will have "must-buy" items for fans, including exclusive goods available nowhere else. Thefranchise's official website and social media accounts will announce the opening date, location, and details on goods in the future.
Shueishapreviously launched a chain of Jump Shops on March 24, 2004. Toriyama personally created the chain's mascot "Jumta." TheOne PieceMugiwara Store chain opened its first location on September 28, 2012.
